HEALTH CARE TRAIL, MYTHOLOGICAL TRAIL AND SPRIŅĢU CLIFF NEAR REHABILITATION CENTRE "LĪGATNE"

Approximately 1,8 km, walk duration about 1 hour (Rehabilitation centre "Līgatne" - Mythological trail - Health care trail - Spriņģu cliff - Rehabilitation centre "Līgatne")

Health care trail provides information tablos, on which you can see different exercises that has been developed by professionals of Rehabilitation centre "Līgatne". Trail combines with the Mythological trail that provides information to get to know more about latvian mythological pagans, gods and goddesses, and walk along the river Gauja. The walk along the natural landscape can be supplemented until the Spriņģu cliff, which is one of the most visited tourism object in all of the Gauja National park.

The trail also leads along the river Gauja to another natural destination - river Līgatne, and in addition see the ferry. Near river Līgatne you can see other sandstone cliffs, as well as cellar-caves, which are built in the caves.
